Open the folder in Google Drive and copy the address from your browser. The Google account this app uses must have edit access to it.

Convention Sessions

Each session is one venue, language and week. It gets its own link, shows only its assigned congregations, and saves reports to its own Drive folder.

Convention year

Start a new year…

Saves this year’s sessions and assignments under “Previous years”, then sets up the new year from a copy of them. Links stay the same.

New year

Keep congregation assignments (uncheck to set all to “Not tracked”) Clear session dates Turn off all sessions until the new dates are set

Congregations

Assign each congregation to its session. “Not tracked” keeps it in this list but hides it from every form — use it for congregations assigned to other venues or weeks.
